Getting to know your host university or college and truly integrating into the community are some of the biggest goals of the Global UGRAD Program. Becoming involved in the campus culture, organizations, events, and sports programs – all are ways to achieve this. Ideally, we want our participants to develop pride in their adopted institutions and to truly feel that they belong.
With this reasoning, we asked our Global UGRADs across the United States to submit a photo showing their school pride. The response was overwhelming! Some students snapped a selfie with their school mascot, while others braved the cold to get a picture in front of their university sign.
