It is open now through February 20, 2016. We are pleased to announce that the application is hosted online this year. World Learning uses this application not only for Global UGRAD, but also to gauge an institution’s interest in partnering on any of our USAID-sponsored graduate exchange programs, EducationUSA Academy, Youth Programs, or SIT Study Abroad.
