Academic Exchange Team Hosts EducationUSA Reception
The World Learning Academic Exchange Team organized a reception following the EducationUSA Forum on the evening of July 1st, 2015. The Forum brings over 600 EducationUSA advisors, Embassy Staff, and university personnel together in Washington DC to learn about opportunities for internationalization in higher education. Over 60 representatives from partner institutions and Embassies joined World Learning staff at our event at The Grill from Ipanema in Adams Morgan.
The reception provided an invaluable opportunity for our partners to meet World Learning staff – strengthening old relationships as well as forging potential future partnerships. Partners and World Learning colleagues alike expressed that the ability to “put a face to the name” and learn about the wide variety of opportunities to work with World Learning was priceless.
