In November Tom Bruey ventured to Minnesota and Wisconsin to visit UGRADs at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, St. Catherine University and the University of Minnesota. The university staff were very welcoming and the students amazing hosts –Tom enjoyed devouring giant burgers in Eau Claire, getting chased by ducks and geese at St. Kate, and visiting one of his favorite coffee spots in Minneapolis.
Special thanks go out to all the UGRAD students who made time in their busy schedules to spend time with Tom. There’s nothing quite like sitting in on class or rehearsal, soaking up the energy at the student union, or helping as a reading tutor while observing a student’s volunteer work.
